Scuba Merit Badge 2012 Update

January 7, 2012 By sdmiller

Folks:

Have you read chapters 1-3 in the PADI dive book? Have you done the self checks and chapter quizzes? Are you prepared for a review class Monday night?

Remember its YOUR responsibility to “BE PREPARED” so we don’t waste anyone’s time on Monday. Time is one thing you CAN NOT get back!

As they say – lead by example. So just to let you know that I’ve done the above and am fully PREPARED to review chapters 1-3.

I’ve heard from a small bird that not everyone that’s indicated their desire to get certified has signed up and paid for their materials yet. This will make it difficult to Be Prepared come Monday. Chapter 1 is 71 pages long. Many pages but not difficult concepts to remember especially from a set of intelligent scouts.

Does any one know what the bar/ata is at 30M (99ft) is?

What’s swimming and scuba diving have in common? They both utilize the ___________.

What’s the most important rule in scuba?

Dive On!

Mr. Hudson
