Hello All,
Troop 250 will be attending summer camp at the Blue Ridge Mountains Council’s (BRMC) Scout Reservation in the mountains of Virginia from Sunday, June 16th to Saturday, June 22nd, 2019. Payment dates have changed from prior years and presentations given at the troop meeting in December, so please read below.
Important dates
Payment Deadlines:
Monday January 14, 2019
Registration and 1st down payment of $100 minimum per participant due.
Monday March 11, 2019
Balance of dues required. (Any payments made later than March 15, 2019 require an additional $25 and availability will not be guaranteed.)
If you drop out after this final payment is submitted there is NO Refund.
Other Deadlines:
Monday March 19, 2019
Camp Ottari/Claytor Lake attendees – Merit badge/Activities selection due. No selections are required for 1st year scouts attending Brownsea Island.
Monday May 6, 2019
Turn in 2 updated copies of the Annual Health and Medical record (AHMR) form with Parts A, B & C completed, plus 2 copies of insurance card. If you fail to turn in your AHMR form a $45 deposit check will be required.
Saturday June 8, 2019
Last day to turn in 2 updated copies of the Annual Health and Medical record (AHMR) form with Parts A, B & C completed, plus 2 copies of insurance card OR your $45 deposit check is cashed. Note: You will not be able to attend camp without the proper AHMR on file.
June 16 to 22, 2019 – Summer Camp in Hiwassee, VA.

– Before January 14th, 2019: Complete the sign-up form online + 1st payment ($100 minimum). Online payment is available but there is a PayPal fee.
