Troop 250 is pleased to announce a sleepover at the Georgia Aquarium. My wife and daughter attended last year with Girl Scouts and said it was just an awesome experience. They even had a chance to dissect squids. Personally I would rather fry and eat them.
After everyone has gone home, and the Aquarium has closed its doors for the night, we get to explore with behind the scenes activities and sleep in front of an exhibit.
Some fun facts about Georgia Aquarium:
Largest aquarium in the world
Over 120,000 animals representing over 500 species
8.5 million gallons of marine and saltwater
Cost is $100 per person, includes the following:

We can stay and enjoy the aquarium after sleepover has concluded Sunday morning

We have received several e-mails from parents asking if this campout is available for all family members. At first we decided to keep as is, with Scouts and leaders only, however after further discussion with Mr. Mercer, he confirmed that we can make this outing a family one , same as beach sweep and ski trip.
For parents that asked, please confirm total number going.
This is going to be an awesome experience, you don’t want to miss it!!!
Scout on,
Sergio
