Scouts,

Over the next few months, T250 will be offering ILST 2 to 3 more times. ILST is the Intro to Leadership Skills for Troops. This training will be mandatory for ALL Scouts in a current position of responsibility. ILST is also required for ALL Scouts attending S.E.A.L.S. and N.Y.L.T. (if TLT not taken in the past 12 months).

Also, we will be adapting ILST for the older Scouts (Life and Eagle Scouts). The modules have training on communication, planning, servant leadership, integrity & character. It’s a great reminder how “to be unselfish in service and devotion to the welfare of others”. OA Brothers will understand this.
