We are putting together an awesome schedule for this year’s Merit Badge University. Details will be provided soon, but you definitely want to mark your calendars. Classes will be held on Feb 1, 8 and 22 this year, from 9am-2pm. You should expect to be there all three Saturdays and you can earn up to 5 merit badges! Many of the courses offered will be Eagle required badges so you do not want to miss out on this opportunity.

For those of you that have not participated in MBU before, here is an example schedule (at least 3 different courses will be offered each hour – below is just an example):
9-10am: Citizenship in the Community
10-11am: Personal Management
11am-12pm: Electricity
12-1pm: Cooking
1-2pm: Environmental Science

Once your schedule has been selected, you will attend all three Saturdays and spend an hour in each class each Saturday…..totaling 3 hours for each Merit Badge. You may have some homework to do in between each Saturday, but it will be worth it to get 5 merit badges added to your sash!
