September 22-24th South Mountain campout. All Scouts/ranks

• Introduction to backpacking. Scouts will hike in 1.4 miles to Upper Falls Campsite(BASE camp).

• Campsite fee $5 per scout/adult

• TFC Base camp

• First Class and above will do a day hike from Base Camp

• Scouts will bring their own backpacking meals and supplies to cook with. More information on preparing for this will be sent the week of.
Great opportunity to work on cooking merit badge backpack cooking.
