Scouts, Parents, & Adult Leaders,

Wow, March is here already and summer camp is just 3 months away! This is a friendly reminder of a couple of key items:

1. By March 19^th, each Scout & Adult Leader going to camp must have paid a total of at least $200 towards their summer camp registration fee. For most of you, you simply just need to make another $100 payment. Please note there are only two Troop meetings left through March 19^th as the Court of Honor is on March 12^th. For those making a payment at the March 19^th meeting, please provide your payment to Paul Smith.
2. March 19^th is also the last day that you can withdraw from summer camp without a $100 penalty imposed by the camp. If your summer camp plans have changed, please notify me in writing no later than this date.
3. If you have not already, you should be scheduling your annual medical physical and turning Part C of the Annual BSA Health & Medical Record to the Troop 250 Medical Forms Coordinator. To receive a $30 discount on your summer camp registration fee, you must have turned this completed record into the Troop 250 Medical Forms Coordinator by May 14 unless other arrangements have been communicated to the Medical Forms Coordinator.
