A: All are Eagle Scouts

A: He was (and is) the 1st Eagle Scout earning Eagle August 21, 1912.

Q: How often does a Centennial (100th) celebration happen?

A: It only happens ONCE. EVER.

2012 is the Centennial celebration of the 1st Eagle Scout and there is a special Centennial Eagle badge for ALL Scouts earning Eagle in 2012. ONLY Scouts earning Eagle in 2012 can wear the Centennial Eagle badge.

I went by the Scout shop today and picked up 3 of the Centennial Eagle badges for the 3 new T250 Eagle Scouts. The Centennial badge is awesome.
