It’s time again for our annual Scouting For Food drive. The food we collect goes to help our local food pantry. We need as much help with this as possible so if you are available please help out.
Here is the schedule of work days.
· Monday October 28th 7pm – Meet at Grace to assemble the bags. Please bring a stapler. This will be an activity during the troop meeting.
· Saturday November 2nd 9am – Meet at Grace to distribute bags throughout Tega Cay and Knightsbridge. We will need scouts to hand out bags and adults to help drive.
· Saturday November 9th 9am – Meet at Grace to start collecting bags. Again we will need scouts and adults to collect the food and to deliver it to the food pantry.
This is our biggest service project of the year. We will be distributing 2,400 bags so we need your help. This does count as service hours. Please let me know what days you will be available to help.
